My daughter-in-law had the grilled salmon on spinach with shallots, garlic and bacon, "wonderful". My grandson had one of the regular menu items, the 3 cheese rigatoni with marinara sauce. The slight spice of the pureed poblanos set off the fresh corn flavor which prepared me for the rest of the meal. I was the only one who had soup to start, and the grilled corn-poblano soup swirled with crema was a fine way to start off. I went with my son and his family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Throughout the meal the noise level was very tolerable, and the tables were not set too close together. As has been noted by other reviewers, the strip mall location does not look too inviting until you step inside. I have been to this restaurant several times, and both food and service always have been excellent. In addition, we have a fully-equipped private media/dining room which is the perfect place to host a presentation or a private party. Located in El Paso’s West Side, Thyme Matters is the ideal setting for any occasion.Thyme Matters also has an outdoor patio with a spectacular view of the Franklin Mountains. A carefully selected wine menu and hand muddled cocktails complement a warm and inviting atmosphere.
